Mentor roles

Bring your expertise — we’ll amplify it with structure, matching, and momentum.

Critique Mentor

You review submitted work and give clear, kind, actionable feedback. Students get your expert eye after they’ve done the practice; you focus on what to fix and what to try next. Typical format: written critique, often with a few back-and-forth replies.

Live Session Mentor

You lead live calls or co-shoots — Q&A, demos, real-time guidance in your genre or skill. Students book time with you; you bring structure and expertise. Typical format: scheduled video or in-person sessions, 30–60 minutes.

Workshop / Field Mentor

You run workshops or field sessions: structured exercises, group energy, hands-on learning. Ideal if you already teach in the field or love leading groups. Typical format: half-day or full-day workshops, either standalone or as part of a track.

Curriculum Mentor

You help shape lessons and prompts. Contribute to tracks and learning paths in your specialty so students get a coherent path — and you influence what gets taught. Typical format: async collaboration with the team, plus optional live touchpoints.

Community Mentor

You engage in forums and groups: answer questions, encourage, and keep the community vibrant. You’re the steady voice that helps learners stay on track. Typical format: regular presence in discussion threads and optional office hours.

Office Hours Mentor

You hold drop-in office hours. Students book short 1:1 slots for quick questions, light feedback, or direction. Low commitment, high clarity. Typical format: recurring weekly or biweekly slots, 15–30 min per student.
