1) Acceptance

By accessing or using PhotoCoach Pro (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region).
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm you have permission from a parent/guardian.
• You agree to use the Service only where it is lawful to do so.

3) Accounts & Security

• You’re responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our negligence or a security failure on our side.
• We may suspend accounts to protect safety, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

4) Plans, Payments & Refunds

Some features may require payment. Pricing, billing cadence, and what’s included will be presented at checkout or in your plan details.

• Taxes may apply depending on your location.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated, fees are generally non-refundable once billed for an active period.
• If you initiate a chargeback or dispute, we may suspend your account while it is investigated.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits.
• Upload malware, spam, or automated submissions that disrupt others.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

6) Community Standards

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate, or threats.
• No spam, scams, or misleading claims.
• Do not post content you don’t have rights to share (including photos, music, or text).
• Respect privacy and consent. Do not share personal information of others without permission.

We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, harms the community, or creates risk for users.

7) Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process it as needed to provide and improve the Service (for example, to display your uploads or deliver mentorship feedback).

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your User Content, and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

8) Mentorship & Educational Nature

PhotoCoach Pro provides educational coaching, mentorship, critique, and community learning. Outcomes vary by person, time, effort, and external conditions. We do not guarantee specific results.

• Coaching is not professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
• You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and field safety.
• Community guidance may reflect individual opinion and is not verified as fact.

9) Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example: payment processors, email delivery, analytics, or storage providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

10) Intellectual Property & Feedback

The Service, branding, design, and original materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Service unless expressly permitted.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation (unless prohibited by law).

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from educational content, mentorship, or community participation.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoCoach Pro and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PhotoCoach Pro from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or the public.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
